⏱️ The screen goes dark. Was it good news, bad news, or did you just run out of time? There are exactly three ways the NCLEX ends, and knowing them stops the spiral before it starts.

🧠 为什么重要
规则一，95% CONFIDENCE RULE（置信度规则）：一旦你回答了最少数量的题目，只要计算机有 95% 的把握认为你明显高于或明显低于通过标准，考试就会停下。这是大多数考试结束的方式。规则二，MAXIMUM-LENGTH RULE（最大长度规则）：如果你的能力一直接近分数线，你会继续做到 150 道题，最终能力估计决定结果。规则三，RUN-OUT-OF-TIME RULE（时间耗尽规则）：如果时间在你达到最少题目数量之前到期，你就会失败。如果你已经超过了最少数量，你的最终估计决定结果。
Rule one, the 95% CONFIDENCE RULE: once you have answered the minimum number of items, the exam stops as soon as the computer is 95% sure you are clearly above or clearly below the passing standard. This is how most exams end. Rule two, the MAXIMUM-LENGTH rule: if your ability stays close to the line, you keep going to 150 items, and the final ability estimate decides. Rule three, the RUN-OUT-OF-TIME rule: if time expires before you reach the minimum number of items, you fail. If you have passed the minimum, your final estimate decides.
