Choose the condition first, then the finding that best proves it; under rationale scoring the pair must both be right to earn credit, and a triad (one condition, two findings) earns a point for each correct pair, so make sure the evidence actually supports the condition you picked. In drop-down TABLES, each cell is scored independently. Read the column headers carefully before touching a row; 'contraindicated' means harmful, while 'non-essential' means it makes no difference.
